Job Description:
My client is looking for a Customer Support Analyst to provide support for web-based applications and assist with ongoing maintenance and issue resolution. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting user issues, and coordinating updates to ensure smooth functionality. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical understanding of web applications, and experience supporting content management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer and technical support for web applications

  • Monitor system performance and report issues

  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving user requests

  • Support website updates and maintenance activities

  • Track and document incidents and resolutions

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams

  • Ensure timely response and follow-up on support tickets

Required Qualifications:
