Responsibilities

• Support transformation projects by identifying challenges, tracking progress, and defining success metrics.
• Assist in developing strategic roadmaps, structuring initiatives, and documenting interdependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and facilitate effective discussions.
• Perform data analysis to inform strategic decisions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Guide teams in understanding and adopting new technologies and innovative practices.
• Create clear, concise documentation and presentations to summarize findings and recommendations.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving requirements.
• Experience in consulting, strategy, or business analysis with a focus on transformation.

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial services or a passion for the industry.

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
