Job Title: Google Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer

Job Location: Buffalo, NY

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr

Technology : Google Cloud Platform Core Services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Logging and Monitoring), Python, Terraform, Airflow/Composer.
Build, deploy, and maintain Google Cloud Platform infrastructure using best practices.
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
Automate cloud provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Deployment Manager).
Support Dev, Test, and Production environments with high availability and reliability.
Manage and support Google Cloud Platform services across environments.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve platform and pipeline issues.
Perform routine platform operations such as upgrades, patching, and key rotation.
Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for cloud workloads.
Support cloud migration activities (rehost, replatform, refactor).
Assist application teams with onboarding and DevOps enablement.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and security teams.
Configure and manage VPCs, subnets, DNS, load balancers, VPNs, and IAM.
Enforce security best practices including least privilege access and service accounts.
Support governance, compliance, and access provisioning for teams.
