Workday Tech Security Lead

We are seeking an experienced Workday Security Lead to support a full platform implementation across HCM and Finance. This individual will lead the Workday security strategy, configuration, and execution, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to ensure compliance, governance, and optimal system access controls.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Workday Security design and strategy for Core HCM and Financial modules
Configure and implement security roles, domains, business process policies, and role-based access controls
Develop and refine user stories aligned with business and compliance requirements
Partner with functional and technical teams throughout full platform implementation
Support communications, documentation, and training efforts related to security framework
Ensure audit readiness, data privacy, and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

Active Workday Core HCM Certification
Strong experience leading Workday Security for HCM and Finance modules
Experience supporting full lifecycle Workday implementation
Deep understanding of Workday security architecture, domains, business process security policies
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
