Sales Executive (Healthcare)

Qualitest is currently looking to hire a Sales Executive (Healthcare) for a US-based opportunity. Please find the detailed requirements below and share relevant profiles with a similar background at the earliest.

Location: US Remote with travel (preferably East Coast / Midwest / California)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new logo sales for IT quality assurance solutions within Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS).
• Understand industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to build tailored sales and marketing strategies.
• Engage with clients across BioPharma, Payers, and HealthTech to identify and address QA needs.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify prospects and assess competitive positioning.
• Maintain accurate sales data and reporting using CRM tools.
• Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasting.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services/products (Quality Engineering or BPO experience is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in HCLS domains (Medical Devices, Lifesciences, Biotechnology, Payers, HealthTech).
• 7+ years of experience in IT services delivery and solutioning.
• Strong knowledge of IT quality assurance concepts and methodologies.
• Good understanding of AI concepts and applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry events.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
