Qualitest is currently looking to hire a Sales Executive (Healthcare) for a US-based opportunity. Please find the detailed requirements below and share relevant profiles with a similar background at the earliest.

Location: US Remote with travel (preferably East Coast / Midwest / California)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new logo sales for IT quality assurance solutions within Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS).
Understand industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to build tailored sales and marketing strategies.
Engage with clients across BioPharma, Payers, and HealthTech to identify and address QA needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify prospects and assess competitive positioning.
Maintain accurate sales data and reporting using CRM tools.
Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasting.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services/products (Quality Engineering or BPO experience is a plus).
10+ years of experience in HCLS domains (Medical Devices, Lifesciences, Biotechnology, Payers, HealthTech).
7+ years of experience in IT services delivery and solutioning.
Strong knowledge of IT quality assurance concepts and methodologies.
Good understanding of AI concepts and applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry events.
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
