Summary

Position Summary:

Under supervision, the Data Integration Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the technical exchange of data and information between internal and external systems supporting the Access for Business platform. This role ensures seamless integration across key partners and systems.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions, including processes, data pipelines, APIs, and automated data workflows.

Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and performance across interfaces, while providing expert technical oversight for issuer EDI processes and reconciliation tools.

Ensure accuracy and reliability of data flows between internal applications, including sales lead tracking and the core platform.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications.

Work with internal stakeholders to understand data needs, mapping requirements, and system dependencies.

Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure integrity across systems.

Develop and maintain documentation for integrations, workflows, data mappings, and processes.

Collaborate with database administrators, developers, and system owners to support upgrades, migrations, and new system implementations.

Assist with integration testing, including creating test cases and validating results.

Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for integration of architecture and data operations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of data integration and interoperability for both structured and unstructured data.

Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk).

Knowledge of database management systems, query languages, table relationships, and views.

Knowledge of the capabilities and functionality associated with various technologies for organizing and managing information.

Knowledge of database access application programming interfaces.

Knowledge of the principal methods, procedures, and techniques of gathering information and producing, reporting, and sharing information.

Ability to match the appropriate knowledge repository technology for a given application or environment.

Ability to demonstrate self-driven inquisitive data discovery.

Ability to order and arrange information.

Experience managing programs involving multiple stakeholders and/or vendors.

Experience implementing and providing oversight of cloud-based SaaS products.

Strong background in managing technology implementation projects.

Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
