Summary
Role: Supply Chain Business Analyst
Location: Warren, MI - On-site 4 days/week
Duration: Contract
Interview: 1 Technical Video Interview → Offer
The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, with strong experience in supply chain processes and mainframe-supported applications.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Business Analyst / Systems Analyst experience in enterprise IT environments
- Experience with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory, Order Management, Fulfillment, or Returns
- Hands-on experience working with mainframe environments
- Knowledge of COBOL, JCL, IBM DB2, IMS, batch processing, and file-based integrations
- Strong requirements gathering, functional documentation, process analysis, and solution design skills
- Experience with production support, incident triage, RCA, testing, UAT, and release management
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with business, development, QA, and support teams
