POSITION SUMMARY:The Ideal candidate will possess a minimum 3 years of experience utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare/revise AutoCAD design drawings for municipal, commercial, and industrial facilities. A thorough understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D applications is required. Experience drawing site plans, survey plots, deed/filed map protractions, municipal map layers, etc. is recommended. Experience with Esri ArcGIS application (i.e. ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro) is a plus. The candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills that will enable them to communicate with engineering design, survey and cartography staff as well as generate the proper Drawing notations.
PRIMARY DUTIES:- Develop 2D and 3D AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 or newer civil and site documentation.
- Work with managers and design staff to generate plans; section and details based on design discussions.
- Manage drawing sets.
- Assist with development of as-built drawings by performing field measurements.
- Work includes updates and corrections to drawings of municipal map layers (i.e. tax maps, zoning maps, ROSI maps, etc.)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:- Experienced in Auto Cad Civil 3D 2018 or newer.
- Knowledge of Esri, ArcGIS Pro is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Capable of multitasking.
- Work independently or as part of a team and take direction well.
- Open to learning/trained in new disciplines/skillsets
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two year technical or associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting/Construction Technology.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES REQUIREDPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in the field and may be exposed to outside weather conditions. Work requires frequent and prolonged computer use. May occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

The annual base salary range for this full-time position in the United States is
$51,000 - $76,500. This range represents a good faith estimate and is based on factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. The range shown reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across all U.S. locations.
Within this range, individual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, education, and training.
