Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Sr. PM / EIC to oversee a $25M addition at a secure residential facility. This role leads construction oversight, contractor coordination, and compliance across multiple contracts.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee multiple construction contracts from start through closeout
- Ensure compliance with OGS standards and project requirements
- Monitor schedules (Primavera P6), budgets, and contractor performance
- Coordinate with design teams; resolve RFIs, design issues, and disputes
- Lead bi-weekly meetings and reporting; manage change orders
- Review payments and certified payrolls
- Oversee site safety, inspections, and submittals
- Coordinate with OGS stakeholders and maintain project documentation

Qualifications

Requirements

10+ years construction project management experience (ground-up preferred)
Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Proficiency in Excel and scheduling tools (P6 preferred)
OSHA 30 required

Preferred / Plus:

Experience working on OGS or other public sector projects
Experience working in secure or correctional facility environments

Compensation & Benefits

$120,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
