Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid position (Tuesday through Thursdays onsite) with a Leading Technology Firm located in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.This role offers a hybrid work option, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform and business processes that support Sales, driving improvements and influencing cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders using various techniques
- Conduct thorough analysis of workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
- Ensure the application is supported by creating comprehensive requirement documentation and test cases
- Recommend solutions, and consider opportunities to extend and leverage existing tools/products
- Influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication
Requirements:- BA/BS degree
- 5 years' experience in business analysis
- Solid knowledge and hands on configuration and/or development experience with Salesforce platform
- Hands-on domain knowledge in business processes and systems that support Sales
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment
Desired skills:- Prior experience with other Sales or Support 3rd party tools like Gong, Gainsight, Nice WFM and others
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with JIRA is a plus
- Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving/providing feedback
- Ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of an organization
- Knowledge and use of analytical and data analysis tools including Excel
