Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of PHIG-related data, analytics, reporting, and governance initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, risks, and success measures.
• Maintain project records, requirements, work items, decisions, action items, status reports, risks, issues, and change documentation.
• Support grant management, leadership updates, stakeholder communications, and performance reporting.
• Track project progress and identify risks or dependencies that may affect timelines and grant deliverables.
• Lead or support data mapping from source systems through staging, curated, reporting, and analytics layers.
• Document business definitions, data dictionaries, metadata, lineage, business rules, transformation logic, and data dependencies.
• Coordinate with data owners, data stewards, subject matter experts, analysts, engineers, and vendors to resolve data-definition issues.
• Support data-quality rules, issue tracking, remediation, and governance scorecards.
• Assist with sustainability planning and operational adoption of PHIG-funded data and analytics products.
