Summary

A well-established industrial company is hiring for a Support Engineer to support complex, high-precision products used in critical environments. This role acts as the main technical point of contact for customers while working closely with internal engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. In this role you will own technical issues from start to finish, support troubleshooting, and failure analysis efforts, and assist with new product launches by ensuring products are easy to service and support. This role is full-time, 5 days onsite. Required Skills & Experience

Background in electronics, mechanical systems, or technical support
Troubleshooting/testing experience
Ability to reach schematics and drawings
Desire to be customer facing
5+ years of experience

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with automation or control systems
Background in industrial or manufacturing environments
