Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow AI Engineer/Specialist with experience implementing Now Assist Agentic use cases, with a focus on MCP and A2A architectures integrated with platforms such as Copilot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ServiceNow Now Assist Agentic use cases.

  • Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) architectures.

  • Integrate ServiceNow AI capabilities with platforms such as Copilot.

  • Support various experimentation initiatives.

  • Contribute to informing the agentic roadmap for the Digital Front Door (DFD) initiative.
