Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance PPM Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud, particularly Project Costing and Project Billing.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PPM implementations, configuration, production support, enhancements, and Application Management Services (AMS). The consultant should have a strong understanding of project accounting, financial management, revenue recognition, and customer billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for project accounting, project costing, and project billing.

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Foundation, and Project Financial Management.

• Provide L2/L3 functional support and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs.

• Configure expenditure types, expenditure categories, burden schedules, transaction controls, and cost allocation rules.

• Manage customer contracts, billing methods, revenue recognition, invoice generation, and event-based billing.

• Support project budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, resource costing, and financial reporting.

• Configure project templates, project organizations, classifications, and project controls.

• Collaborate with Finance, PMO, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger teams.

• Support data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities.

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user training materials.

• Participate in client workshops, month-end activities, production support, and process improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, architects, and project managers throughout implementation and support engagements.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud.

• Expertise in Project Costing and Project Billing configurations.

• Knowledge of Project Foundation and Project Financial Management.

• Experience with Project Contracts, Project Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.

• Understanding of cost collection, cost allocation, burdening, and capitalization.

• Experience with customer billing, contract-to-cash processes, and project financial controls.

• Knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, and resource costing.

• Integration experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Fixed Assets, and HCM.

• Experience in Oracle Fusion PPM implementation, enhancements, and production support.

• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare.

• Exposure to Oracle SaaS Finance and Oracle SaaS SCM.
