Pay Rate: $18.89 - $22.69 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

The Tools for the Trade
- 1+ year of mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Manufacturing and production setting
- Standing, bending, reaching, and working with tools throughout the shift
- Team-oriented environment with opportunities for skill development and advancement

What You'll Do on the Line
- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Build cable boxes, control panels, and other assemblies to customer specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting assembled units as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Participate in hands-on training and learn new manufacturing processes and techniques
