DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Captures business needs, analyzes current form processes, and defines requirements for standardized AEM Forms.

This is a business analyst role with the combination of data analysis, system analysis and business analysis Skills/Experience:

• Conduct workshops to gather form requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze existing forms and categorize them into reusable patterns.
• Document epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define governance framework for form standardization and localization.
• Assist in backlog prioritization for MVP vs. future phases.
• Experience in requirements gathering for digital solutions.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager Forms preferred.
• Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Excellent in Communication.
