What You\'ll DoAs a
Maintenance Supervisor, you\'ll lead a team responsible for keeping our apartment communities safe, beautiful, and running efficiently. From coordinating work orders to solving maintenance challenges, you'll be the go-to expert who keeps everything moving.
You\'ll oversee repairs, guide technicians, and ensure our residents experience the high standard of service Gaslight is known for.
? QualificationsWe're looking for someone who brings both
technical skill and leadership ability.
Minimum
2 years leadership experience leading a team of 3-5 individuals
5+ years experience in general repair and maintenance
Hands-on experience in:
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Drywall
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Appliance Repair
Requirements Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Working smartphone
Ability to pass a criminal background check
$26-30 per hour based on experience
