Endpoint Support Engineer (Contractor) to support our Digital Endpoint Support organization. This role is designed to take on repeatable, lower-level endpoint support work, allowing our engineering teams to be more intentional with how they invest their time.

Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Endpoint Support Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical support for corporate endpoint devices and related applications, helping maintain a secure, reliable, and productive digital workplace for above-restaurant employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices
- Supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents and service requests, with appropriate escalation when needed
- Assisting with device provisioning, deployments, refreshes, and asset lifecycle management
- Maintaining accurate documentation in ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and contributing to knowledge base articles
- Collaborating closely with endpoint engineering, cybersecurity, service desk teams, and managed service partners
- Participating in endpoint-related projects and deployments, including Windows and Microsoft 365 initiatives
- Utilizing endpoint management and identity platforms such as Intune and Entra
Required Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in IT support, endpoint operations, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 11+, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or M365 Admin
- Familiarity with enterprise ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting endpoints in enterprise or large-scale environments
- Microsoft 365 or Endpoint Administrator certifications
- Exposure to scripting or automation for endpoint management

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
