This role focuses on leading functional analysis, configuration, and implementation initiatives within PeopleSoft FSCM in a high-performance enterprise environment. The Senior PeopleSoft Functional Analyst will drive business process transformation across Finance and Supply Chain modules, oversee system configuration and testing cycles, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The position requires strong hands-on functional expertise combined with leadership capabilities to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality enterprise financial solutions.
Responsibilities
(Including but not limited to)
• Lead functional design and implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Purchasing, eProcurement, and Billing.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and business process workshops.
• Translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and solution specifications.
• Configure ChartFields, Ledgers, Business Units, SetIDs, and Approval Workflow (AWE).
• Partner with technical teams for integrations, customizations, reporting, and data conversion activities.
• Support interface design including bank integrations, third-party systems, and file-based interfaces.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing cycles.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end financial processing activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and enterprise security policies.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide functional leadership across project teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM (GL, AP, AR, AM, Procurement)
• Proven expertise in business process analysis and functional configuration
• Experience preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and test scripts
• Experience with PS Query, nVision, and financial reporting tools
• Knowledge of Integration Broker and interface coordination
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
• Experience leading functional workstreams in enterprise implementations
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
