Role Summary

We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot / SharePoint Engineer / Architect to design and implement Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Copilot-based solutions that enhance knowledge management, collaboration, content discovery, and employee productivity across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Architect content structures, document management patterns, and permission models.
Integrate SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Graph, and related Microsoft services.
Support content readiness for Copilot through governance, metadata, and lifecycle management.
Develop custom components and integrations using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, APIs, and Azure services.
Establish best practices for information architecture, search relevance, and user adoption.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 implementations.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Graph, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
Strong understanding of information architecture, governance, permissions, and search configuration.
Experience integrating Microsoft platforms with enterprise systems and APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience enabling AI-powered search and Copilot use cases.
Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, compliance controls, and records management.
Experience with SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services.
Financial Services or Wealth Management domain experience.
