Your New Role
Lead and perform installation of commercial and industrial electrical equipment
Install, route, and terminate conduit, wiring, controls, and associated electrical systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in commercial and industrial environments
Interpret engineering plans, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams with minimal supervision
Create and maintain accurate as-built documentation based on completed installations
Coordinate with project teams, customers, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution
Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
Support and guide less experienced electricians as needed
Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and technical expertise
Perform commercial electrical installation, electrical troubleshooting, conduit bending, wiring, electrical controls, electrical maintenance, and system commissioning work throughout Pittsburgh, PA

Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience preferred
Proven experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting commercial and industrial electrical systems
Advanced ability to read and interpret engineering plans, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Strong knowledge of conduit installation, wiring methods, electrical controls, electrical equipment, and system terminations
Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and solve electrical problems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships
Ability to mentor and collaborate with other electricians and project team members
