Your New Role

  • Lead and perform installation of commercial and industrial electrical equipment

  • Install, route, and terminate conduit, wiring, controls, and associated electrical systems

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in commercial and industrial environments

  • Interpret engineering plans, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams with minimal supervision

  • Create and maintain accurate as-built documentation based on completed installations

  • Coordinate with project teams, customers, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution

  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship

  • Support and guide less experienced electricians as needed

  • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and technical expertise

  • Perform commercial electrical installation, electrical troubleshooting, conduit bending, wiring, electrical controls, electrical maintenance, and system commissioning work throughout Pittsburgh, PA

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience preferred

  • Proven experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting commercial and industrial electrical systems

  • Advanced ability to read and interpret engineering plans, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

  • Strong knowledge of conduit installation, wiring methods, electrical controls, electrical equipment, and system terminations

  • Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and solve electrical problems

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills

  • Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships

  • Ability to mentor and collaborate with other electricians and project team members
