Job Title: Lead QA Engineer - AI (NYC Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid NYC in Midtown 3 days/week

The company is building an AI-native platform designed to transform complex, paper-heavy insurance processes into modern, data-driven experiences using advanced LLM-integrated systems.

Required Skills & Experience - 5-7 years of professional engineering experience with a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Deep technical expertise in TypeScript, Jest, and Playwright for building comprehensive automation suites.
- Significant experience with AI/LLM tools, specifically experimenting with or building agentic development workflows and code generation.
- Strong knowledge of application security and the ability to design infrastructure for vulnerability detection.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments, delivering high-quality code in fast-paced settings.
Desired Skills & Experience - Professional experience within the Life Insurance or HealthTech industries.
- Background in early-stage startups or incubated ventures.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish (for collaborating with nearshore teams).

The Offer - Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000
