Represent regulatory boards in administrative litigation, discovery, motion practice, and trials.

Review complaints and provide legal guidance to investigators and licensing consultants.

Negotiate resolutions and consent orders with licensees.

Analyze relevant healthcare legislation and advise on rural health policy projects.

Active License: JD and active Tennessee Bar license in good standing (must provide Bar #).

Litigation & Trial Experience: Demonstrated capability in handling cases through discovery, motions, and administrative hearings/trials.

Case Management: Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume litigation caseload efficiently.

Written & Verbal Advocacy: Excellent legal writing, proofreading, editing, and oral argument skills.

Residency: Must be a current Tennessee resident (or relocated and established prior to start date).
