Job Title: Front End Ui Developer with vibe coding
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite 2days/week)
We are seeking a highly experienced UI Developer with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in building modern, responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications.
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in React or Angular
Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Expertise in modern UI development patterns and best practices
Experience building reusable UI components and scalable frontend architectures
Strong knowledge of state management:
Redux Toolkit
NgRx
RxJS
Experience in UI testing frameworks:
Jest / React Testing Library
Cypress or Playwright
Experience with CI/CD pipelines integration
Strong understanding of API integration and frontend-backend communication
Good knowledge of performance optimization techniques:
Code splitting
Lazy loading
Memoization
Virtualization
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with micro-frontend architecture
Experience in design systems (tokens, theming, typography, reusable components)
Familiarity with vibe coding / AI-assisted development tools
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
Knowledge of semantic HTML and UX best practices
Cross-repository component versioning experience
Soft Skills
Strong collaboration with UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams
