Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior SDET Lead with strong Java, Python, test automation, and AWS experience to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing automation frameworks, testing REST APIs, and validating cloud-based applications.
The candidate must possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and senior leadership stakeholders, including Directors and above.

Required Technical Skills
10+ years of experience in Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or Test Automation.
Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and UI automation.
Strong experience in RestAssured and REST API automation testing.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly:
AWS Lambda
Amazon S3
Amazon DynamoDB
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks.
Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes.
Experience testing cloud-based applications and distributed systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test scripts and frameworks.
Collaborate with development teams to understand code changes and their impact on existing automation.
Develop and execute automated UI, API, and backend test cases.
Test AWS-based applications and validate integrations involving Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot software defects.
Create comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Participate in product design and requirement reviews to identify quality risks.
Provide technical updates and communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
Drive automation coverage, testing efficiency, and overall product quality.

Interview Requirements Coding test is mandatory. Face-to-face interview is mandatory.

Ideal Candidate: Candidates should have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Python, Selenium, RestAssured, and AWS, along with proven experience leading automation initiatives and communicating with senior stakeholders.
