Hiring: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM)
Location: New York (NY)
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in the ITSM module to join our team.
✅ Key Responsibilities: • Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) • Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations • Provide production support and troubleshoot platform issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions • Maintain documentation and follow ServiceNow best practices
✅ Required Skills: • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules • Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting • Ability to handle production support issues and provide timely resolutions • ServiceNow Certification is a plus
