Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer with strong experience in migrating workflows and forms from Nintex to the Microsoft Power Platform, especially using Power Automate. The role involves modernizing legacy SharePoint solutions, improving business processes, and implementing scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document existing workflows, forms, and processes in SharePoint and Nintex
Migrate Nintex workflows to Power Automate (Cloud Flows, approvals, scheduled flows)
Convert Nintex forms into Power Apps applications where applicable
Redesign workflows to align with modern best practices and improve performance
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and third-party systems
Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for workflows
Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are followed
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Provide technical documentation, training, and post-migration support

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with SharePoint (SharePoint Online preferred)
Hands-on experience with Nintex workflows and forms
Proficiency in Power Automate (triggers, actions, connectors, approvals)
Experience with Power Apps (Canvas apps preferred)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and connectors
Experience working with SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, and permissions
Understanding of workflow lifecycle, versioning, and migration strategies
