We are seeking an experienced Senior UX / Experience Designer to create intuitive, engaging, accessible, and customer-centered digital experiences within the financial services industry. This role focuses on designing innovative solutions that align customer needs with business objectives, leveraging human-centered design principles, emerging AI technologies, and modern design tools.
The ideal candidate is a true UX designer with a strong design background, not solely a software developer or engineer. Candidates must have hands-on experience with UX design, proficiency in Figma or comparable design software, and exposure to AI-powered tools such as Replit or similar platforms.
This individual will collaborate with product managers, researchers, content strategists, developers, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into seamless, effective digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of user-centered digital experiences across web, mobile, and other customer interaction channels.
Develop wireframes, user flows, personas, journey maps, conceptual models, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Utilize Figma or similar UX design platforms to create, refine, and deliver high-quality design solutions.
Leverage AI-enabled tools, including Replit or comparable platforms, to support rapid prototyping, design exploration, and innovation.
Apply human-centered design methodologies, including design thinking, service design, and user research, throughout the product development lifecycle.

Optimize information architecture, navigation, usability, and accessibility while balancing technical and business constraints.
Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate emerging design trends and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in user interviews, usability testing, and design validation activities.
Ensure design consistency across digital products by following established brand standards, design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
Create and maintain design deliverables, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, process flows, and experience architecture documentation.
Partner with development teams to ensure final implementations accurately reflect approved designs.
Manage multiple design initiatives simultaneously within an Agile environment.
Present design concepts, recommendations, and strategic solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a hands-on UX / Experience Designer with 5-8 years of experience creating intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital products. They possess strong proficiency in Figma or similar design platforms and have experience leveraging emerging AI technologies, including Replit or comparable tools, to accelerate design and prototyping.
This individual combines creative design expertise with a solid understanding of user research, information architecture, interaction design, and design thinking. They can independently translate complex business requirements into effective user experiences while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
