Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud professional with strong experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) to design and implement scalable data architectures. The role involves integrating multiple data sources such as Snowflake, Salesforce, and website interaction data using SDK-based ingestion. The candidate will be responsible for mapping source systems into Data Cloud Data Model Objects (DMOs), designing data transformations, and ensuring best practices in data modeling, governance, and deployment. This role may involve hands-on configuration and implementation or providing architecture guidance and collaborating with development teams for execution. The individual will also act as a subject matter expert for Data Cloud architecture, data mapping strategies, and environment troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
- Experience ingesting data from Snowflake
- Experience ingesting data from Salesforce
- Experience ingesting website/SDK event data
- Strong knowledge of Data Cloud DMO (Data Model Object) mappings
- Ability to build and manage data streams from multiple sources
- Experience designing and implementing data transformations
- Expertise in Data Cloud architecture, modeling, governance, and mapping strategies
- Ability to manage deployments and troubleshoot environment issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience configuring and implementing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
- Ability to perform hands-on setup, configuration, mappings, and deployments
- Experience designing data architectures and guiding development teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise data integration and modeling best practices
Additional Skills
- Experience with Snowflake data platform
- Experience with website interaction ingestion SDK
- Experience with Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Agentforce
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Gearset and GitHub
