We have an urgent need for a CRM Technical Lead based in Richardson, TX 75082, USA. This is a 100% remote role, allowing candidates to work remotely while supporting business-critical CRM initiatives for a US-based client.

In this role, you will lead the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a strong focus on Sales modules. You will be responsible for overall solution design, complex customizations, configurations, and system integrations. The position involves hands-on development as well as technical leadership, including owning architecture decisions, ensuring performance and scalability, and aligning delivery with established development methodologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, lead design discussions, translate functional needs into technical solutions, and guide the technical team through implementation, testing, debugging, and deployment while maintaining high coding and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM with strong hands-on experience in plugins, workflows, .NET, JavaScript, and Portals. A solid understanding of CRM coding best practices, solution design, and integration patterns is essential. The role requires the ability to interact directly with clients, answer technical questions, and provide clear technical direction. Exposure to Agile and Scrum ways of working is required, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
