Title: CMMC Compliance Specialist

About the Role:
The CMMC Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining organizational compliance with government and defense cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in IT compliance, cybersecurity governance, or related risk management functions.

  • Strong understanding of CMMC, DFARS, and NIST SP 800-171 standards.

  • Experience preparing for or supporting external audits or certification assessments.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.

  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CMMC-AB credentials are preferred.
