We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision components. The candidate will be working with a variety of materials and will be involved in the entire production process, from initial design to the finished product. This role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing process, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize CNC programs using G code for 5-axis machines.
2. Review and interpret technical blueprints and design models to extract necessary parameters for programming.
3. Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring the machines are set at the right speed and feed rates.
4. Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other inspection equipment to check and maintain quality control standards.
5. Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.
6. Collaborate with the design team to understand and execute design specifications.
7. Utilize lathe, mill, tooling, and die equipment to create or modify parts.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
9. Continually review and implement improvements to the production process to increase productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
2. Proficiency in G code programming and experience with 5-axis CNC machines.
3. Extensive knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.
4. Experience with lathe, mill, tooling, and die equipment.
5. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers.
6. Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and design models.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
9. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
10. Relevant certification or training in CNC programming or a related field is preferred.
