Job Summary
The ServiceNow BCM Implementation Specialist will lead the technical configuration and advisory for the Business Continuity Management (BCM) module within ServiceNow. This role is dedicated to supporting the In-house ITSM/ServiceNow team and Business Continuity Team (BCT) by automating essential resilience processes and ensuring the organization can maintain critical operations during disruptions.
Responsibilities
BCM Configuration: Act as technical expert and advisor on the technical setup of Business Continuity Management, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Crisis Management, and continuity planning.
BCT Advisory: Act as a primary advisor to the BCT on best practices for integrating continuity workflows into the broader Integrated Risk Management (IRM) framework.
Process Automation: Automate the end-to-end BCT lifecycle, from initial impact assessments to the generation and testing of recovery plans.
Resilience Reporting: Develop dashboards and Performance Analytics to provide the BCT with real-time visibility into organizational readiness and recovery status.
Dependency Mapping: Work with the ITSM team to leverage CSDM data to ensure that BCT recovery plans are grounded in accurate application and infrastructure dependencies.
Qualifications
ServiceNow Expertise: 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a focus on IRM and GRC implementation.
Specialized Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Business Continuity Management (CIS-BCM) highly preferred.
Core Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
