Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex requirements and produce comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Execute manual and automated tests, monitor results, and provide technical support on defects
- Analyze test results, recommend corrective actions, and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve system quality
- Provide technical feedback on systems, interfaces, and application software
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years experience (or 9 years without degree)
- 5+ years in software testing and test automation (manual + automation)
- Healthcare Payor experience supporting 835/837 testing efforts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with modern testing frameworks beyond Selenium
Primary Technical Skills
- Programming: Python, Java/Selenium, SQL
- Test Automation: Selenium, Playwright, API testing frameworks
- Databases: Oracle, Snowflake
- SDLC Tools: Jira
Nice-to-Have Skills
- HIPAA Certification, FACETS, QNXT
- Cloud/DevOps: AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, Git
- CI/CD: CloudBees, Jenkins
- AI/ML: AWS Bedrock, LangChain, Pandas
