The position leverages data analytics, reporting, and the Risk Management Information System (RMIS) to help quantify operational risk impacts, manage loss and claims data, and develop insights to inform risk transfer, risk financing and risk mitigation strategies. • Use data analytics, reporting, and RMIS to help quantify operational risk impacts, analyze loss and claims data, and develop insights that support risk transfer, risk financing, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Administer and maintain the Risk Management Information System (RMIS) and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

  • Support safety, regulatory, and compliance initiatives, including safety and ergonomics program administration, OSHA compliance requirements, and business continuity and emergency preparedness efforts.

  • Support vendor risk management and contract administration, including documentation, tracking, and invoice processing.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share risk and claims information and support informed decision-making and risk mitigation efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, accounting or finance

  • 3 - 5 years finance, accounting or insurance/risk management experience, preferably in a corporate environment

  • Financial/analytical reporting skills preferred, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Ability to coordinate numerous internal & external parties and facilitate functional discussions under pressure

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Visa Sponsorship

Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).
