Salesforce Developer

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid schedule)

Pay: 60-65/hr W2

W2 contract and cannot work corp to corp or provide sponsorship

Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with design and development experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. In this role, you will be part of a team established to configure and develop complex application systems using existing and emerging technology platforms. You will also consult with business users on requirements gathering, system design, configuration, and implementation, working within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify computer programs of high complexity.
  • Build custom business applications and solutions by writing code in APEX LWC/Aura.
  • Develop integrations across Salesforce instances and with other internal systems to automate business processes.
  • Customize, develop, and support solutions on the force.com platform, driving enhancements and improvements.
  • Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure successful deployments.
  • Collaborate with teams in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, and testing.
  • Participate in application architecture functions, including estimating and defining project tasks.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Experience: A minimum of seven years of experience developing and implementing applications, including five years as a Salesforce developer.

Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and coding in APEX.
  • Experience with system migrations.
  • Adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and CTI integration (Amazon Connect).
  • Design experience in Salesforce Lightning UI.
  • Experience with UI design.
  • Extensive knowledge in modeling and application design and architecture.
  • Expert knowledge in IT/Software quality assurance and system testing tools.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid position. While the primary location is Charlotte, NC, other potential office locations include Hopkins, MN; Irving, TX; Atlanta, GA; Gresham, OR; Brookfield, WI; Cincinnati, OH; Earth City, MO; Chicago, IL; Englewood, CO; Cupertino, CA; New York, NY; and Saint Paul, MN.
