Job DetailsWe are seeking a seasoned engineering professional with deep experience in water and wastewater systems to support complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution. This role combines technical leadership, project oversight, and client-facing responsibilities, with opportunities to contribute to organizational growth and technical excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in an engineering discipline such as Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or a closely related field
- At least seven years of progressive experience supporting and managing water and/or wastewater engineering projects
- Strong understanding of treatment processes, hydraulic principles, and permitting or regulatory coordination
- Working knowledge of structural design fundamentals, applicable codes, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in computer-aided design tools and common engineering software platforms
- Demonstrated ability to independently assess engineering challenges and apply established methods and standards
- Proven capability to collaborate across teams and locations, balancing technical and interpersonal communication
- Experience working directly with clients and supporting long-term professional relationships
- Exposure to business development activities within the water or wastewater sector
- Participation in technical committees, industry groups, or professional associations is preferred
