The Hooper Residuals Compliance & Workflow Specialist supports business compliance and operational workflows within the Hooper Residuals platform, ensuring residuals processing aligns with contractual, guild, and audit requirements across media entities.
Responsibilities
Support residuals compliance operations using the Hooper Residuals system
Define, review, and validate end-to-end business workflows related to residuals processing
Ensure workflows support audit readiness, traceability, and compliance
Collaborate with business, audit, and client stakeholders to resolve workflow gaps
Participate in business validation and UAT activities
Document business processes, controls, and standard operating procedures
Basic Qualifications
Experience in media residuals, royalties, participations, or compliance operations
Functional knowledge of Hooper Residuals or similar residuals platforms
Strong understanding of workflow-driven business processes
Audit and compliance mindset with strong documentation skills
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination experience
