Responsibilities:

    \t
  • Operate and set up manufacturing equipment to produce quality composite products \t
  • Use advanced weaving and injection techniques to create aerospace quality components \t
  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and documentation to support efficient production \t
  • Maintain accurate ERP and inventory records \t
  • Support process improvements, validations, and corrective actions \t
  • Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements \t
  • Maintain a clean work environment and help achieve SQDC objectives

Requirements:

    \t
  • High School Diploma or GED required \t
  • Previousmanufacturing experience required; aerospace or composites experience preferred \t
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow engineering instructions \t
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills \t
  • Experience with ERP systems and technical documentation is a plus \t
  • Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
