Senior Dynatrace Engineer

The Senior Dynatrace Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise monitoring and observability solutions to ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of critical IT systems and applications. This role leverages Dynatrace to provide end-to-end visibility across hybrid, multi-cloud, and microservices environments, enabling proactive issue detection and performance optimization. The engineer collaborates with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams to troubleshoot incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and enhance monitoring strategies. Responsibilities include developing dashboards, configuring alerts, supporting application performance monitoring, and integrating monitoring solutions with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms. The role also drives continuous improvement through automation, documentation, and monitoring best practices while ensuring high service reliability and operational excellence.
