Job Description:
Education/Experience:
BA is a plus but not necessary if they have 3 - 5 years of experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
-Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365
-Experience with Active Directory and basic networking
-Confers with program and/or system users to identify problems and evaluate
-Analyzes, develops, plans, codes or installs software, tests, documents, and implements complex business applications required to develop or maintain systems.
-Ability to work on complex and unique user/system problems
-Experience in IT Support in Manufacturing Plant - nice to have
-Follow IT security and compliance standards
-Assist with system upgrades , patching, and IT projects
-Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software
-Document incidents and resolutions within ticketing system.
