Configuration & Installation:
· Set up and maintain application configurations.
· Install and support enterprise applications.
· Support & Incident Management
· Review, analyze, and prioritize incoming incident tickets.
· Provide advanced application support to meet business outcomes.
· Stakeholder Collaboration
· Partner with developers, product managers, and business teams.
· Communicate effectively with users and leadership.
· Desired Skills & Qualifications
· Technical Expertise: Strong background in enterprise application development, integration, and support.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and minimize downtime.
· Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
· Experience Level: Typically requires 4–5+ years of relevant work experience in application development or IT infrastructure.
