Senior Program Manager with Product Owner & Insurance experience

Hartford, CT – Hybrid- 1 day/Week

6 months

Program Manager (with some PO skills) to help oversee a few delivery initiatives - helping drive delivery, but more importantly supporting the teams, managing dependencies, being an escalation point and keeping up with the overall roadmap(s). The ability to bridge executive SteerCo (CIO, Chief UW, Chief Digital, etc.) and then Agile Squads/teams is important.

The 3 Squads underway are related to

1) integration scaling: API improvements & new capabilities
2) Channel customer e-mail scaling – additional integrations and capacity to handle more complexity
3) Product logic – additional forms/complexity related to expansion from Small to Medium sized <$500mm annual rev businesses and broker complexity
Potential 4^th squad could be AI related (Agentic/Automation) but not underway yet.
