Job Title: Process Technician
Role:A new process technician will learn new the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software and become subject matter expert, capable of supporting training programs and operational support for Lam labs globally. The role will support training of new lab users in classroom and in lab settings, provide technical support for the MES system for end users, and provide testing support for new features and releases.
Responsibilities:- Train and master
- Support classroom environment training of lab roles for the Global Lab Execution System (MES)
- Take direction from trainer to resolve technical issues
- Provide individual coaching as-needed and directed by trainer
- Experienced process technician will provide training on their own
- Provide in-lab hands-on training of MES as needed
- Provide technical support lab users globally for training and questions of MES through remote connection and communications
- Work with the development team to test new features and releases in simulators and on-tool testing as required
Skills:- Experience working with manufacturing execution systems, preferably in semiconductor industry
- Computer skills: Microsoft applications, email
- >3 years experience in semiconductor industry (preferred)
- Experience with providing training, formal or informal, on-the-job or classroom
