IT Business Analyst III

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Analyst to support the M365 Intune project. This role requires a professional with a background in business or financial analysis who can effectively manage reporting, metrics, and trend analysis. The ideal candidate will translate technical information for a non-technical audience and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track product performance.
  • Conduct trend analysis to identify opportunities and potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and address user pain points.
  • Communicate technical information and project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Utilize Jira for tracking project tasks and progress.
Required Qualifications

Experience:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in product management or marketing within the IT sector.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a banking environment, with foundational financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated experience with reporting, metrics, and trend analysis.

Technical Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Professional Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with financial and project management.
  • Familiarity with business integration processes.


Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $53.56 per hour. A benefits package may be available to eligible employees.
