Job Details

Active California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required
Extensive experience performing boundary research, analysis, and resolution
Strong knowledge of California boundary law, subdivision mapping, and land surveying principles
Experience preparing ALTA surveys, Records of Survey, legal descriptions, plats, exhibits, parcel maps, and right-of-way mapping
Proficiency with Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
Experience processing and interpreting field survey data while integrating historical record information
Ability to provide QA/QC oversight for survey deliverables and mapping products
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, agencies, title companies, and project teams
Passion for mentoring survey staff and contributing to technical excellence across the department
