Role: SAP PSA Architect (Oil & Gas)
Location: Houston, TX (50% travel - Expenses paid)
Duration: 1+ Year

Role Overview:
Lead the solution architecture for SAP S/4 Production Sharing Accounting (PSA) within the Oil & Gas domain, ensuring alignment with overall program design and SAP clean core principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the PSA design authority across PSA, JVA, and PRA workstreams
Lead customer workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions
Advise IT and business stakeholders on PSA architecture and best practices
Coordinate the PSA team, set priorities, and ensure compliance with program standards
Review, approve, and support PSA deliverables across all phases
Clarify requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure design alignment
Manage integrations and dependencies with other tracks
Guide teams through build, test, cutover, and go-live while ensuring architectural integrity
Collaborate with SAP product teams and ensure use of standard capabilities

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4 PSA and integration with JVA
Proven ability to lead complex solution design discussions
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
Experience working with globally distributed teams
