A tech services company in New York has a great Remote opportunity awaiting an experienced SAP Fioneer/Financial Services Consultant.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support end-to-end SAP implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, production deployment, and BAU Support
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial products, accounting requirements, and subledger processes
Perform detailed data analysis using SQL or other analytical tools to interpret, reconcile, and validate financial data
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to support FPSL integration with various data sources and platforms, such as:
SAP BW
SAP SDI
SAP BODS
SAP Datasphere
Provide expertise on accounting logic, subledger processes, and data flows across financial systems
Develop documentation, STTM (Source-to-Target Mapping), accounting derivations, test scripts, and training materials
Troubleshoot issues related to data integration, accounting logic, and functional processes
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations and AMS support
Deep understanding of Financial and Accounting concepts
Practical experience working with SAP FPSL, Bank Analyzer, or related subledger solutions
Proficiency in SQL or similar analytical tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
