SCOPE OF WORK

─────────────────────────────

• Migrate SharePoint 2016 content to SharePoint Online (M365) and OpenText Documentum D2

• Migrate SharePoint 2013 workflows to Microsoft Power Automate

• Develop new Power Automate workflows

• Facilitate business unit content review and disposition sessions

• Execute validation and QA across all migration phases

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

─────────────────────────────

• 5+ years – SharePoint Online & Power Automate development

• 5+ years – SharePoint migration projects (govt, utilities, or enterprise)

• 3+ completed on-premises SharePoint migrations (2013/2016/2019) in the past 5 years

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint migration tools

• Proven Power Automate workflow migration from SharePoint Designer 2013

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

─────────────────────────────

• SharePoint 2016 on-premises architecture (site collections, content DBs, metadata, content types)

• SharePoint Online / M365 (modern sites, sensitivity labels, retention policies)

• Power Automate (cloud flows, approval workflows, scheduled flows, HTTP connectors)

• Phased migration methodology: Discovery → Pilot → UAT → Production → Closeout

• FME Migration-Center tool experience
