Summary

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect / Amazon Lex Developer to design and implement voice-based conversational AI solutions for enterprise customer engagement platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AWS Lambda to build intelligent voice bots and IVR automation systems. The role involves integrating voice bots with backend services using APIs and developing speech-enabled customer interaction flows.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement conversational AI solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex
Develop proof-of-concept solutions using Voice AI platforms such as Amazon Nova Sonic or similar technologies
Integrate voice bots with backend systems using AWS Lambda and APIs
Build speech-enabled IVR automation and intelligent call routing solutions
Develop and optimize voice-enabled customer interaction workflows

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Amazon Connect
Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex
Experience with AWS Lambda and API integrations
Experience building voice bots, conversational AI, or IVR automation solutions
Exposure to speech AI platforms such as Amazon Nova Sonic or similar technologies

Preferred Skills:

Experience with contact center AI platforms
Knowledge of cloud-based conversational AI architectures
Experience integrating voice AI solutions with enterprise backend systems
